This project involved the adaptive reuse of an existing warehouse building, requiring careful precision in the implementation of an administrative centre accommodating large scale conferencing and entertainment areas.
Flexibility was at the heart of the proposal, establishing a large array of meeting, negotiation and training rooms with operable walls. This strategy provided the potential for arrangements appropriate to the size and scale of functions accommodated.
A predominantly glass auditorium - carefully detailed with shape and material - became a subject of focus within the overall scheme, defining the buildings personality.
